This section is enabled when using GXserver Online (those in the genexusserver.com, see http://gxserver.com for more information about those services). Service section shows information about the Online service such as Start Date, Expiration Date and remaining days for the service, and also how many Knowledge Bases are hosted and how many users are being used. It also lets the user send a request to extend the service.
When in Enterprise Plan, the sum of the 2 separate spaces KBs and users are diplayed. A message as "XX Knowledge Bases from http://{Subdomain}.genexusserver.com/{Space}/" is displayed under the list of local Knowledge Bases and a message as "ZZ users from http://{Subdomain}.genexusserver.com/{Space}/" is displayed under the list of local Users.
Where XX is the amount of Knowledge Bases hosted by the other space and ZZ the amount of different users created in the other space (the same user is counted as a single user).
Extend Service
This action allows the user to request for a service extension, when the button is used the following pop-up will be shown, and the user will be able to send a service extention request:
