All users of the Deploy to Cloud option must have accepted the Terms and Conditions of use. You can access the full Terms and Conditions on the TERMS link inside the My Cloud Apps.
Acceptance is requested from every web user that uses the cloud.
On accessing the application My Cloud Apps (http://www.genexus.com/my-apps), the user will be asked to accept the terms.
The user can:
- In this case, the user will be able to continue using the cloud with no restrictions.
- The inactivity daemon will delete his applications only if they become inactive or the user decide to delete it.
- The terms and conditions are not shown to him again, unless they are changed at any time.
- In this case, the user does not agree to the terms and conditions and all his applications will be deleted.
- All applications belonging to this user in the cloud will become "canceled by the user", and the next day they will be physically deleted.
- The terms and conditions are not shown to him again, unless they are changed at any time
The user is not allowed to make F5 to the cloud unless the terms and conditions are accepted. To do so, he will have to open the application My Cloud Apps (http://www.genexus.com/my-apps) and accept them. After that, the F5 option will be available again.
- In this case, every time the user accesses the application he will be asked to accept the terms and conditions.
- As long as they are not accepted, the inactivity daemon will NOT be able to physically delete the user's inactive applications.
- The acceptance of the terms and conditions can be postponed until April 30, 2015. If they are not accepted by this date, all of the user's applications will be marked for deletion and will be physically deleted the following day.
