Filter by Organizational Unit in Collaboration Property

It allows setting up whether the process constraints must be considered or not to determine the group  of possible collaborating users. The criterion used is the same as the one used to determine the users that can visualize a specific workitem in the Inbox. This property is visible only when the Allow Collaboration Property is set to True.
