A user registers in GeneXus Access Manager when it is created a user and password for having access to the application, in case of Local GAM - Authentication Types.
In case of Facebook Authentication, Twitter Authentication, Google Authentication, or External Authentication, the user registration is done when the user enters the application for the first time.
