There follows the detailed description of the minimum requirements to install
GeneXus 9.0.

When authorizing
GeneXus 9.0 version, you can also use previous versions (8.0, 7.5, 7.0 and 6.1) without the need to authorize or transfer the licenses. For this it is necessary to do the following:
If you use centralized licenses (installed in a server), you will have to install
GeneXus Protection Server Version 5.1 or later to be able to activate the keys.
To know the
GeneXus Protection Server version installed, you can see how does the
Control Panel description appear in
Add or Remove Programs. If it does not detail
GeneXus Protection Server 5.1, you must remove the version and install the new one.
