How to: Generate a private key (.ppk) to connect to a Gxcloud VM

Steps to generate a private key (.ppk) to connect to a Gxcloud Linux VM:

1. Download Putty and install it.
2. Run puttygen.exe
3. Click on Generate:   

1. After the key is generated fill the key passphrase:

1. Next you need to save the private key (.ppk) file on your computer, click on "Save private key":

1. Before closing puttygen you need to send GeneXus Cloud team the text: Public Key for pasting into Open SSH authorized_keys file, on this example:
