Steps to follow to use a metadata from a previous version.
Description
GXplorer 5.0 to GXplorer 6.0
To use GXplorer 6.0 you must execute a conversion process to update the structure of catalog and metadatas. The metadatas conversion is only executed with GXplorer Manager.
Execute GXplorer Manager and select a catalog from a version previous to GXplorer 6.0. When trying to open the last used metadata, if a conversion is required the following message is displayed:
[Metadata Name]
Yoy have a previous Metadata Version, do you want to convert? [Metadata Name]
[Yes][No]
On accepting the dialog, a message is displayed requiring a last confirmation to start the metadata conversion process:
[Metadata Conversion Metadata Name]
This process will convert the current metadata.
Press Start to launch conversion.
[Start][Cancel]
On pressing the Start button, the conversion process starts. It will end with a message telling that the conversion was successfully
You must take into account that, if the catalog has several metadatas, you will have to follow the previously detailed process for each metadata.
If you try to use any other product than GXplorer Manager and the metadata has not been converted the following error message is displayed:
[GXplorer]
Previous metadata version Detected. Use GXplorer Manager to convert it no the current version.
[Aceptar]

GXquery 2.0 to GXquery 3.0
To use GXquery 3.0 you must execute a conversion process to update the structure of catalog and metadatas. The metadatas conversion is only executed with GXquery Manager.
Execute GXquery Manager and select a catalog from a version previous to GXquery 3.0. When trying to open the last used metadata, if a conversion is required the following message is displayed:
[Metadata Name]
Yoy have a previous Metadata Version, do you want to convert? [Metadata Name]
[Yes][No]
On accepting the dialog, a message is displayed requiring a last confirmation to start the metadata conversion process:
[Metadata Conversion Metadata Name]
This process will convert the current metadata.
Press Start to launch conversion.
[Start][Cancel]
