The purpose of this section is to allow users to manage the Knowledge Base Versions of the GeneXus Server Instance from the GeneXus Server Console.
The actions available to manage the Knowledge Base Versions are restricted to users with KnowledgeBase ManageVersions permissions.
When you hover the mouse cursor over a Development Version a button will be shown, clicking it will display all available actions for the version:
This action will create a Frozen Version from the selected Development Version.
This action will set the selected Development Version as the active version, and will redirect the user to the GeneXus Server Home Section. When a version is set as an active version all the tabs will display information such as, commits, updates, etc. made in that version (see also Setting a Development Version as Active).
This action will enable the Protected Version in the selected Development Version.
This action will remove the Development Version from the tree, this action may only be taken if the Development Version has not been Frozen.
