How to: Generate a private key (.ppk) to connect to a Gxcloud VM
This documentation is valid for:
Steps to generate a private key (.ppk) to connect to a Gxcloud Linux VM:
Download
Putty
and install it.
Run puttygen.exe
Click on Generate:
After the key is generated fill the key passphrase:
Next you need to save the private key (.ppk) file on your computer, click on "Save private key":
Before closing puttygen you need to send GeneXus Cloud team the text: Public Key for pasting into Open SSH authorized_keys file, on this example:
