If you install one of the following products:
on Windows Vista (or higher), enable the IIS Metabase and IIS 6 Configuration compatibility property to allow the setup process to create automatically virtual directories.
The settings are established on the Control Panel -> Programs And Features -> Turn Windows features or on off
