Globant Enterprise AI Lab is designed to provide a clear, intuitive and efficient experience in creating, configuring and testing AI Agents.
The main areas that make up its interface are:
- Side Navigation Menu
- Agent Dashboard
The Side Navigation Menu allows you to navigate through the main sections of the Globant Enterprise AI interface. From here, you can access Projects, Tools, Agents, and Agentic Processes, as well as manage your organization and profile settings.
This menu can be collapsed or expanded using the arrow at the top of the panel.
At the top of the Side Navigation Menu, just below the Globant Enterprise AI label, the currently selected organization and project are displayed (for example, DocumTeam/Default). This selector allows you to manage both your current organization and the active project within it.
Clicking on this selector displays a dropdown menu with two main sections:

A list of available projects within the currently selected organization. Clicking on one of them will switch the context to that project.

The Change Organization option, which is available only if you belong to more than one organization.
If you click on Change Organization, a confirmation dialog will appear, warning you that switching organizations may affect your permissions and access. In the dropdown menu within that dialog, select the desired organization and click on Change to proceed. Once the new organization is selected, the project list updates accordingly.
The main navigation options are listed below the project selector:
- Agents: All the Agents created are managed here. From this view you can access their creation, edition, testing and publication.
- Tools: Provides access to the available tools that the Agents can use during their execution.
- Agentic Processes: Section for the definition of business flows and processes that integrate autonomous Agents and human tasks.
Your user profile is displayed at the bottom of the navigation panel. Clicking on it opens the profile menu, where you can:
- Change Language: Select the interface language.
- Logout: Securely log out of the application.
The main view of the environment is the Agent Dashboard, where the current status of the agents is displayed. If no agents have been created yet, a screen will be displayed prompting you to start the creation process in one of two ways.
- Assisted: Uses the Iris assistant to guide you in the creation of the Agent in a conversational way.
- Manual: Allows step-by-step configuration of the Agent by filling out definition forms directly.
The Agent configuration interface is accessed by selecting one of these methods and clicking on Continue.
