It allows to define the time (in minutes) a connection will be available in a “disconnectable” status; that is, without any pending commits or open cursors.
Default value = 30
If we choose to recycle connections, we must indicate in this property how long they may be available in a “disconnectable” status before they are destroyed.
Note: This property is available if the Unlimited Size Property has a "False" value.
