When using the Collaborative Translations Tool, the first thing you will have to do is to create a project.
You have two ways to create a New Project:
- By pressing the CREATE NEW PROJECT button available in the Start Page.
- By selecting the Projects option from the main menu and then pressing on the Insert option.
You must provide the following information:
- Name of the Project: It can be the name of the Knowledge Base or a name that identifies it.
- Public or Private Project: If it is a public project, all the people who have logged into the Collaborative Translations Tool will be able to see the project and collaborate in the entry of translations. If it is a private project, only the project owner will see it.
You will be the owner of the project, which gives you the ability to perform all actions on it.
