To integrate with MercadoPago's platform, the first step is to create the Seller account in Mercado Pago's developer site.
Follow these steps:
1- Go to http://developers.mercadopago.com
2- Select your Seller country
3- Click on "Register"
4- Fill the form
5- Select your account type (if your application is going to sell a product, select seller account).
