The conversation is like a tree of all possible dialog flows. The answers given depend on the requests received, and this guides the flow of a conversation. Besides, the bot can respond with blocks of text that help whittle down the pathways for users to take to get answers. That is, the user will provide the system with the necessary information to “understand” his needs. Ultimately, the user will arrive at the required answer.
The object in GeneXus which represents this dialog is the Conversational Flows object.
In the Conversational Flow instance structure, there is the Flow node, which allows to define different flows of the dialog.
