The User Metrics option, located in the Side Navigation Menu below ANALYTICS, presents a set of detailed metrics related to users and their interaction with the Flows. These metrics are essential for gaining insight into user behavior, number of interactions, and frequency of use, allowing you to optimize the user experience and adjust the Flows as needed.
In the User Metrics screen, different graphs and key statistics are available:
- Active Users: This graph shows the number of users who have logged into the platform in a selected period, regardless of whether they interacted by sending messages or not. It provides a clear view of the overall reach and engagement on the platform.
- Engaged User: This indicator reflects the percentage of users who have interacted at least once with the Flow. It is a key metric to evaluate the level of active participation and the Flow’s impact on users.
- New User: Represents the number of new users who have started interacting with the Flow in the selected period.
- New Engaged User: Shows how many new users have reached a level of engagement with the Flow.
- Retention Rate: An indicator showing the percentage of users who have returned to interact with the Flow after their first session.
These metrics allow you to monitor the effectiveness of the flows and make continuous improvements based on actual data about user behavior and engagement.
