The Conversations History option, located in the Side Navigation Menu below LOGS/DIAGNOSTICS, displays the history of all conversations between users and assistants in Flows. This functionality is essential for reviewing how interactions went and making adjustments if necessary to improve the user experience.
In the upper part of this window, you will find the following tools:
- Search: Allows you to search for a specific user or a conversation in the history.
- Time Filter: You can adjust the date range to view the conversations that took place in a specific period (the default value is the last 30 days).
- Export to CSV: Option to export the conversation history to a CSV file, facilitating analysis outside the platform.
- Refresh: Refresh the list of conversations to show the most recent ones.
Each entry in the list includes:
- User's name or ID: (In this case, the user's email) next to the user's icon.
- First Seen: The date on which the user first interacted with the Flow.
- Last Seen: The most recent date on which the user interacted with the Flow.
- Total Conversations: The total number of conversations for that user, with a link to view the details of each conversation.
By clicking on View conversations, you can access a detailed view of all the interactions of that user with the Flow, which is useful for understanding the full context and conducting deeper analysis.
