In the upper part of this window, you will find the following tools:

  • Search: Allows you to search for a specific user or a conversation in the history.
  • Time Filter: You can adjust the date range to view the conversations that took place in a specific period (the default value is the last 30 days).
  • Export to CSV: Option to export the conversation history to a CSV file, facilitating analysis outside the platform.
  • Refresh: Refreshes the list of conversations to show the most recent ones.

Each entry in the list includes:

  • Name or ID: In this case, the user's email next to the user's icon.
  • First Seen: The date on which the user first interacted with the Flow.
  • Last Seen: The most recent date on which the user interacted with the Flow.
  • Total Conversations: The total number of conversations for that user, with a link to view the details of each conversation.

By clicking on View conversations, you can access a detailed view of all interactions of that end user with the Flow. This view is called USERS HISTORY.

  • USER INFO: Displays detailed information about the user who started the conversations, including:
    • Email: The Name or ID, which in this case is their email address, used to associate interactions with the Flow.
    • First seen: Date of the user's first interaction with the Flow.
    • Last seen: Date of most recent interaction.
    • Conversation count: Total number of end-user interactions with the Flow.
  • CONVERSATIONS: This section shows the history of conversations, detailing the following:
    • Conversation: The name assigned to the Flow or interaction.
    • Date: The date on which the conversation took place.
    • Hour: The exact time the interaction started.
When clicking on View conversations, the selected interaction is detailed in a right side panel. This panel displays the complete content of the messages exchanged between the user and the assistant configured in Flow, including both the user's queries and the responses generated.
  • LOGS: Clicking on “View conversations” within the conversations section displays the logs related to the execution of that interaction. These logs provide accurate information about the development of the interaction, including the Flow executed, the responses issued by the assistant, and the actions taken throughout the process.

At the top of this section, you will find additional tools to manage and filter conversations:

  • Search Conversations: Search for specific conversations using keywords.
  • Time Filter: Allows you to select a time range to display conversations within a specific period.
  • Refresh: Refreshes the list to show the most recent conversations.
