An Artificial Intelligence Assistant is software that uses technologies like natural language processing to understand voice and text commands. It can perform many tasks similar to a human assistant, such as reading text, taking dictation, searching for information in documents, and more.

Globant Enterprise AI allows you to create and manage assistants for different use cases.  These assistants can manage conversations, analyze data, integrate with APIs, etc.

These assistants allow you to choose different LLMs when creating the assistant. Additionally, you have assistant definition versioning, which allows you to change the prompting, LLM, and configuration, providing more flexibility.

Assistant Types

  • Chat Assistant: Creates conversational assistants with AI Large Language Models, supporting multi-modal experience to process documents, images, audio or video. 
  • Data Analyst Assistant: Analyzes datasets based on CSV files to get insights or create forecasts using natural language queries.
  • API Assistant: Creates conversation assistants to use REST APIs. This allows you to integrate with existing APIs and use natural language to get information or update data based on the methods exposed by the API. 
  • Chat with Data Assistant: Asks questions to get information from a relational database. Based on the database schema the user can ask question in natural language and get the information in charts, timelines, pivots, cards or table formats. 
  • RAG Assistant: Adds documents in the Knowledge Base defined for this assistant and chats about the document’s contents. Create a super search or question and answer assistant.
