Database update through procedures

When the database is updated through Procedure objects, records are inserted, updated or deleted from the tables through commands written inside the Source code of the Procedure.

There are two possibilities:

• Direct update (through specific commands)
• Update through Business Component

Direct update

The update is achieved through the corresponding specific commands.

• Insertion through the New command
• Update through the For Each command
• Deletion through the Delete command (inside a For each command)
