The GeneXus Server SaaS service has controls on the amount of KBs and users that can be created and will warn the user when a limit has been reached showing any of the following errors or warning messages.
This error will happen when the limit of users has been reached; it is displayed when creating a user from the GeneXus Server Console.
To create a new user, you must remove an existing one or increase your limit by contacting your service provider.
This error will be displayed in the GeneXus IDE output when Sending a Knowledge Base to GeneXus Server, and the KB won't be created. To create a new KB, you must remove an existing KB or increase your limit by contacting your service provider.
This error is shown in the GeneXus IDE when a Commit to GeneXus Server, Update From GeneXus Server or Knowledge Base from GeneXus Server operation is executed by the user. This error could be due that another operation is in progress, requested by user {1}, in this case, you should wait until that operation finishes. If the operation is stuck and you can´t complete it you should contact the GeneXus Server Support Team and explain the error.
4. error: GeneXus Server: srv016:You are not authorized to perform this action (KnowledgeBase.Commmit) on '{0}'
Commit Failed
This error is shown in the GeneXus IDE when a Commit to GeneXus Server operation is made by the user. This error could be due that the user is not authorized to Commit to the Knowledge Base with alias {0}, you must check if the user permissions are correct. But it could also be due to that the service has expired, in this case, you should contact your Sales Agent.
This Warning will be displayed in the GeneXus IDE output when Sending a Knowledge Base to GeneXus Server or when making a Commit to GeneXus Server or an Update From GeneXus Server operation displaying how many days are left for the service to expire.
